Do I have to switch my real estate CRM?
No. The AI connects on top of the CRM you already use (Inmovilla, Witei, InmoCMS, and similar) and enhances it. Switching software only makes sense if yours has fallen short for other reasons.
How does the AI tell good leads from bad ones?
It analyzes each contact's information (what they ask, how they ask, budget, and urgency) and compares it against your closed deals to estimate buying intent. Your team calls the most likely buyers first.
Do the property descriptions sound generic?
