We collect the following personal data when you interact with us through our Nina assistant or any contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (WhatsApp or other)
• Information about your project or needs

We may also collect your IP address in anonymized form to manage service usage and prevent abuse.

Only if you accept cookies in the site notice, we also collect browsing data: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location and session recordings in which the chat and the contact form are hidden. These tools receive your full IP address and browser data, and so does Meta from our server (Conversions API). If you decline cookies, none of this is collected.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Prepare and send you a personalized commercial proposal
• Contact you to clarify project details
• Improve the quality of our services
• If you accept cookies, understand how the site is used and measure the results of our ads

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. The information you give us in the chat or contact form is not used for advertising.

Processing is based on the consent you give when starting a conversation with Nina or contacting us directly. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@hexagonize.com.

Analytics and ad measurement rely on the consent you give in the cookie notice. You can withdraw it anytime from the Cookies link in the footer.

We retain your data for as long as needed to manage your inquiry, with a maximum of 12 months from your last contact. After that period, data is securely deleted.

Your data is stored using the following services:

• Supabase, database storing chat session data
• Resend, email service for internal notifications (does not send emails to users)
• Anthropic, AI model that generates Nina's replies
• Vercel, website hosting

And only if you accept cookies:

• Google Analytics (Google), visitor statistics
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), heatmaps and session recordings
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta), ad measurement on Facebook and Instagram

These providers have their own privacy policies and are subject to GDPR or equivalent protections.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@hexagonize.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This website uses two kinds of cookies and local storage:

• Essential, always on: they remember your language (NEXT_LOCALE) and your cookie choice (hx_consent). They do not identify anyone.
• Analytics and advertising, only if you accept: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) and Meta (_fbp, _fbc). They measure visits, show how the site is used and measure our ads. They last up to 13 months.

On your first visit we ask whether you accept. Until you decide, or if you decline, no analytics or advertising tool is loaded. You can change your choice anytime from the Cookies link in the footer; if you withdraw permission, we delete those cookies.

We may update this policy at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking it periodically.
